Head injuries can occur many different ways and can affect people different depending on their age and the incident that occurred. Children of all ages will experience bumps on their heads and most of them will not cause problems but the harder they hit their head the worse it could be. Older children who are involved in sports should be taught, by their coaches, the proper way to play the sport in order to reduce the chances of a head injury.
